Cardio Kickboxing is a fun way to get and stay fit. It combines aerobics, stretching, boxing and martial arts techniques. You will learn self defense, burn calories and have a blast all at the same time. 

The class runs for 45 minutes and is offered back to back with Kung Fu for ages 14+.  

Regular gym clothes are worn and beginners at any level and fitness will feel welcome as they improve their skills, veterans will continually be challenged.
